When visiting a Post Office, please obtain a Transcash payment slip. When completing the form, please ensure that you enter the following:

1. Your name and address (including postcode)

2. The amount that you wish to pay

3. Our account number, which is: 6975879

4. The payee as Phoenix

On the reverse of the Transcash payment slip, please ensure that you enter your reference number, which appears in the top right hand corner of the correspondence that you have received from us.

Please ensure that you allow 4 – 5 working days for your payment to reach our office.

Phoenix does not apply a charge for this service, however the Post Office does administer a charge for the use of the Transcash payment service. Should you wish to enquire what the charge is for using this service, please speak with the Post Office.
