Please have the following information ready before you call:

  • Phoenix account reference number (this is situated on the top right hand corner of your letter)
  • your bank or building society details including your account number and sort code

Once your Direct Debit Instruction has been successfully set up, we will send you written confirmation within five working days of setting up the Direct Debit.
